complete system consists of 3 recordings. After choosing a day on
which you will become a non-smoker, listen to at least one of two
recordings each day that prepare the subconscious min to accept the
idea of being a happy non-smoker. On the chosen day, the third
recording is used, which guides the listener to stop smoking for good.
It is not necessary or even desirable to cut down your
smoking until the day you have chosen to stop smoking permanently.
Simply listen to the other recordings daily in preparation for
your chosen Stop Smoking Day.
The 3 recordings include:
Making the Inner Commitment to Become a Non-smoker - approximately 22 minutes; to be listened to every day in preparation for the day you stop smoking permanently.
Attic of Memories: Releasing the Connections to Smoking On Your Way to Becoming a Non-Smoker - approximately
23 minutes; a guided visualization to release stored memories and other
triggers that cause you to reach for a cigarette.
Stop Smoking Now -
approximately 45 minutes; used only on the day you will stop smoking
for good. This day is decided upon before beginning the program.
To
make the program more personal, gender pronouns that are used in some
of the visualizations on this recording require that the person
listening should use the recording specifically designed for a man or a
woman. Both versions are included, which means there are actually
4 recordings in the set. This is done so that couples who want to
stop smoking at the same time will both be able to use the same
program. Please
